- Definitions
- a) “YummyMummyjobs.com” hereinafter referred to as: “YMJ”
- b) Any company or persons that places a job, requests a cv search or is any way accessing YMJ is known as “The Customer”
- c) “Work” means any work, or services supplied by YMJ
- Customers can submit their adverts to appear on the relevant area of the website.
- On expiration of the advert, The Customer will be invited to renew. In the event that payment is not received by the due date, the advert will be deemed to have lapsed, and will be removed from the website immediately.
- Fees
- All fees paid are non-refundable. All advertising costs are subject to VAT at the current rate and must be paid in full prior to being entered onto YMJ. The final decision in any matters relating to YMJ listings rests entirely with YMJ.
- YMJ reserves the right to change its fees at any time with one months prior notice to the Customer.
- Payment must be received before the advertisement is placed and the terms and conditions signed, dated and returned prior to being placed on the website.
- Should the work be suspended or delayed by the Customer for any reason, YMJ shall be entitled to immediate payment for work already carried out and any other additional costs.
- Credit facilities
- Credit facilities may be granted at the discretion of YMJ.
- Content
- The Customer is responsible for any content posted or transmitted on YMJ. Any content, image or description deemed inappropriate, harmful or unlawful will be removed at the discretion of YMJ without refund.
- Indemnity
- The Customer will indemnify and keep indemnified YMJ, from and against, any and all loss, damage or liability (whether criminal or civil) suffered, and legal fees and costs incurred by YMJ resulting from a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
- Cancellation
- No order which has been accepted by YMJ and agreed in writing by the Customer may be cancelled by the customer except with the agreement in writing of YMJ and on terms that the customer shall indemnify YMJ against full loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by YMJ as a result of cancellation. Once the customer has placed the order and it is on the website, 10 days clear notice must be given in writing. All charges incurred by YMJ must be reimbursed in full immediately.
- Posting jobs
- Customers must preview their own work before submitting to check for errors. YMJ shall incur no liability for any errors that have not been corrected by the customer. The customer acknowledges that, in the case of digital proofs, the clarity of the image may vary. When style, layout or type is left to YMJ, changes thereafter made by the customer shall be charged extra. Where the customer waives the right to production of proofs by YMJ prior to print, YMJ will not be liable for any direct, or indirect consequential loss or damages, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever or howsoever arising in the event that the products produced are considered unsatisfactory for use by the customer.
- Links to External Sites
- YMJ has links to other websites. YMJ will not be held responsible for the content of a site that we have links to, or their privacy policies.
- Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us and we make all efforts to ensure that the requirements of the Data Protection act 1998 are adhered to.
- The information you submit is strictly confidential and will not knowingly be sold, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties, except where we believe that the law requires.
- Law
- These conditions and all other expressed and implied terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
