COURSES:
JourneyWoman courses are unlike any other! They have been developed by a team of female professionals whose experience spans skills such as Life Coaching, Psychotherapy, Stress Management, Cognitive Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Meditation and Eastern Philosophy. We believe put to good use the internet can be a vehicle for learning and progress allowing us to offer workshops on-line and by email. But the main difference is that you will get a personal tutor and have time with that tutor by phone or email, this is what makes our courses different. Each of us is on a personal journey but it can make a huge difference to share with someone… sometimes.

Our programme will help you set realistic timescales and map out the steps you need to take to reach your goal. Weekly communication – and email access – allow you to discuss your progress and we take the opportunity to ensure you’re still focussed on your destination and enjoying the journey! Living Mindfully-Mindful Meditation
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing moment-by-moment awareness to where we are and what we are doing, calmly and without judgement.
This course teaches how to experience life without the relentless commentary of your thoughts. Being present in the moment and more aware of your senses, feelings and emotions enables you to prevent yourself getting trapped in the endless torrent of mental events that can lead to lives of stress, anxiety and cognitive distortion.
Staying in touch with the present in this way, living from one moment to the next involves a shift in perspective and as such often leads to people feeling they have more control, choices, strength and confidence, more wisdom… more possibilities for the journey.
Meditation for Beginners
Meditation is a way of gaining access to our own inner wisdom and as a by-product resolving our own inner conflicts.
This course offers beginners a method of meditation training based on mindfulness. Being in the present moment, which is where tranquillity can arise. Meditation involves coming face to face with your mind and learning about it at a deep level, this can lead to an inner understanding and insight into the illusions we create about ourselves and our lives. Peace and clarity of purpose could make your journey a lot smoother.
