About Tish Tash Toys

Sharon & Daniel Pavey started up Tish Tash Toys in the spring of 2005 as they wanted to be able to build something for all their family to benefit from. Sharon particularly felt that she would like to be able to look after the children during the day and work around them at weekends and evenings. Their own children Natasha, aged 6 and Alexander, 2 are a great help with trying out new toys and “Tish Tash” is one of Natasha’s nicknames!

Sharon and Daniel successfully sold toys at toy parties, coffee mornings, schools, nurseries and playgroups in the beginning and now have a dedicated team of over 100 agents across the UK busy selling the distinctive range of toys. Sharon and Daniel attend national and regional baby shows, local fairs and fun days, send toys all over the world.

As a committed family business, we are able to offer you personal support and guidance. You can decide to spend just a few hours a week working around your family or dedicate more time developing a successful small business for yourself. There is no monthly set target or pressure – it’s your business and it can be flexible to suit you!

We reward our high achievers with free products, vouchers and gifts and often run agent competitions and special offers. We also promote ambitious agents to area managers so they get the chance to earn extra from recruiting and managing their own teams.  

When you join us, you will receive an ‘Agent Handbook’ full of great ideas on how to get started and if you already have a few friends, neighbours or work colleagues with small children, then you will already have customers! 

We have an exclusive online forum where you can meet and chat with all the other agents all over the country. We have weekly informal training sessions on the forum, covering topics like promoting your business, increasing sales and planning parties. We also send out ‘Tish Tash Talk’ – a monthly newsletter just for our agents!

Earning Potential

What you will earn, depends upon the time you put in. All we ask is that each total order value - of all your customer orders, is above £70. You do not pay delivery charges on this. You will receive commission on everything you sell and you are not expected to keep any stock unless you particularly want to sell items at school fete’s etc. You will not be ‘employed’ by Tish Tash Toys as you will work on a commission basis and it will be your responsibility to declare any earnings.

We aim to keep our commission structure very simple:

Customers pay Tish Tash Toys in advance and commission is paid to you once a month. 

Getting Started

Get started for as little as £9.99 with the Family & Friends Pack. Simply circulate the catalogues and you will receive commission on orders. We deliver all the orders to you within approximately two weeks so you can pass them onto your customers. 

There is the option to buy a kit (Party Pack at £99.99) with toys which you can display at toy parties or local parent & toddler groups. Coffee morning parties are very popular at the moment. You could achieve sales of £150 at an average toy party giving you commission of £22.50. 

If you did for example, one toy party per week, took orders at one playgroup, and from a few friends then it’s quite possible to achieve combined sales of £300 per week which would earn you £60 a week or £240 a month in commission. The potential is there to earn much more but this does involve more of your time and effort – like any job! We are here to support and advise you, helping you explore the sales potential in your local area so you can create an interesting and exciting new career for yourself. 

Party hosts and guests receive various incentives like gifts, discounts and special offers. (which come from head office – not from your pocket!)
